Services
We offer the following behavioral health epidemiology services. Specific activities are tailored to your particular needs. If you live in Florida, we have access to much of the behavioral health data needed to provide the listed services. If you live in another state or country, or would like analysis of data that we don't have, we will work with you to obtain access to the required data.
Behavioral health epidemiology profiles. Comprehensive analysis of substance abuse and/or mental health indicators in your community, usually including trends. This may include tables, figures, maps and narrative to describe behaviors, risk factors and consequences.
Epidemiology presentations. PowerPoint presentations, custom tailored to your desired audience, which show the status and/or trends of substance abuse and mental health indicators in your community.
Program evaluations. Analysis of epidemiology data or pre-post test data to determine the effectiveness of substance abuse or delinquent behavior prevention programs, or mental health promotion programs.
Environmental strategies evaluations. Evaluation of epidemiology or other relevant data to determine the effectiveness of implemented environmental strategies.
Environmental scan sampling. Development of scientifically valid samples to assess your environmental strategy efforts.
Stategic Prevention Framework (SPF) technical assistance. Assistance in all SPF stages – needs assessment; capacity building; strategic plan development; program, policy, and practice implementation; and evaluation.
Grant writing. Assistance in applying for government or private organization funding opportunities.
Custom survey development. Creation of surveys to assess your communities behavioral health.
Survey consultation. Technical assistance in creation, administration and interpretation of stock or custom surveys.
Epidemiology workgroup development & technical assistance. Assistance in creating and operating a local behavioral epidemiology workgroup.
